Intentional Self Aesthetics is a physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to helping patients look, feel, and perform at their best through advanced aesthetic medicine, regenerative treatments, and longevity-focused wellness.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner who wants to become an important part of that journey.

The Opportunity

This position begins as a part-time role of approximately two days per week, with the expectation that those days will be busy, productive, and patient-focused.

Our goal is to build this position thoughtfully. As patient demand grows, there is an opportunity for additional clinical days and expanded responsibilities for the right individual.

This is much more than an injector position. We are looking for someone who is excited to grow alongside the practice, contribute ideas, develop lasting patient relationships, and become an integral member of our clinical team.

Responsibilities

Injectable Aesthetics

• Neuromodulator treatments
• Hyaluronic acid fillers
• Biostimulators including Sculptra and Radiesse
• Skinvive
• PRP/PRF procedures
• Regenerative aesthetic treatments

Wellness

• IV placement and nutrient therapy
• Monitor Niagen infusions
• Monitor ketamine infusion patients
• Support physician-directed wellness protocols

Energy-Based Treatments

• Laser hair removal
• EMSCULPT NEO
• EMFACE
• EXOMIND
• EMSELLA
• Assist with RF microneedling and advanced physician procedures when appropriate

Patient Care

• Perform aesthetic consultations
• Educate patients on treatment options
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the physician
• Obtain informed consent
• Take clinical photography
• Complete accurate medical documentation
• Provide exceptional follow-up care
• Build long-term relationships with patients

Our providers play an important role in the continued growth of the practice.

Success in this position requires more than excellent clinical skills. We are looking for someone who enjoys educating patients, building relationships, and helping them understand how comprehensive treatment plans can help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Building long-term patient relationships based on trust and outstanding results
• Confidently discussing treatment recommendations, pricing, memberships, and package options
• Recommending appropriate combination therapies that align with each patient’s goals
• Helping convert consultations into long-term patients through education and exceptional patient care
• Encouraging referrals by creating an outstanding patient experience
• Participating in practice events, community outreach, and educational programs
• Contributing to patient retention, recurring care, and ethical revenue generation

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Licensed RN or NP in Connecticut (New York license is a plus)
• Experienced with aesthetic injectables or highly motivated to advance their skills
• Comfortable placing IVs
• Warm, personable, and confident
• Detail oriented and dependable
• Coachable and committed to continuous learning
• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and pricing
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Excited to help build a growing physician-led practice

Experience with lasers, body contouring devices, regenerative medicine, or wellness therapies is a plus but not required.
