Dr. Teresa Alasio is a Board Certified physician, entrepreneur, and intentional healer who has dedicated her career to helping women reconnect with their inner and outer radiance. As the founder of Intentional Self Aesthetics, she blends her scientific expertise with a deep commitment to soul-centered care, offering cutting-edge skin rejuvenation treatments within a space that feels like a sanctuary.
Dr. Alasio earned her MD degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and was trained in New York City. She holds active medical licenses in Connecticut and New York State. With a background in pathology and an eye for the subtleties of beauty and confidence, Dr. Alasio sees aesthetic medicine not as vanity—but as an opportunity to align how we feel on the inside with how we present to the world. She believes transformation begins with intention, and that every client, colleague, or student she mentors deserves care that’s both elevated and deeply personal.
