What to Expect
Dermal filler injections not only take just a few moments per treated area to be administered, but also afford immediate age-defying benefits. You may feel a small pinch or sting as your fillers are injected but the lidocaine within the formula simultaneously creates a numbing sensation, which should minimize any discomfort. Tips For Getting Your Best Results
- As with any injectable treatment, bruising, swelling and pinpoint bleeding are all possible side effects which should dissipate in the hours to days following your treatment.
- To reduce your risk of bruising, we recommend avoiding blood thinning substances (such as alcohol and NSAIDS like aspirin) in the week before and after your treatment.
- Since the benefits of your dermal filler treatment will fade after six months to a year, we recommended prolonging your results by scheduling regular maintenance treatments.
